Our Large bag is 22.5” x 33” and can hold up to 35 lbs. or about 4-5 loads of laundry. A good example of a full 35 lb. bag includes 25 shirts, 10 pants, 5 shorts, 20 items of underwear, 20 pairs of socks, 4 towels, and 2 sets of sheets. This bag is most popular for your average family of 4-5, with a pickup every week.

Our Small bag is 20” x 28” and can hold up to 20 lbs. or about 2-3 loads of laundry. A good example of a full 20 lb. bag includes 15 shirts, 5 pants, 5 shorts, 10 items of underwear, 10 pairs of socks, 2 towels, and a set of sheets. This bag is most popular for 1-2 people, with a pickup every week.

Of course! During signup, you can select one size bag. If you need additional bags, just send us a text or email and we will make sure to include them in your welcome kit. There is never “too much” laundry to us!

Nope. Simply fill the bag before pickup and we will take it from there. We sort all lights and darks into separate piles and pre-treat stains before going into the washer.

Please check your pockets for personal items before filling the bag. We will do our best to check pockets but your help is appreciated!

Yes. During signup, you can select which detergent and fabric softener (if any) that you would like to use. We have scented and hypoallergenic options for detergent. Our hypoallergenic option is made in Charlotte, NC and is perfect for sensitive skin and baby safe.You can change these preferences on a per order and per bag basis from your online account.

Right now we do not have the ability to request special folds or sorting by family member. However, all items will be folded, sorted by item type, and stacked with similar sizes to the best of our ability. Our goal is to make the “putting away” process easy. Who knows, maybe one day we will do that for you ;)

Dry cleaning is a safe way to clean clothes without using water. The cleaning process uses non-aqueous chemicals to safely clean garments of dirt and odors without risking any damage to delicate materials.

Any items made of natural fibers (e.g. silk, wool, etc.) are best cared for through dry cleaning. These natural fibers can react adversely when exposed to water. The natural fibers become rigid, causing the fabric to shrink, distort, and lose their color. Dry cleaning keeps delicate items soft in texture and vibrant in color.

Dry Cleaning involves the use of non-water based solvents to clean clothing and other textiles. Launder & Press differs in that the process involves the use of water and detergent in a commercial-grade washing machine.

Dry Cleaning is optimal for stain removal and fabric preservation. Items emerge from the cleaning process thoroughly dried, then undergo machine or hand pressing.

Launder & Press is optimal for odor removal, and is a requisite for starch application. Items emerge slightly damp to the touch, then are in individually pressed to finish. Most men’s and women’s dress shirts are best laundered & pressed.

Eco-friendly dry cleaning typically refers to a process that does not involve the use of any solvents that are known carcinogens. Historically, the most widely used solvent in dry cleaning has been perchloroethylene (“perc”), but this solvent is now being phased out of the industry.

All 2ULaundry’s dry cleaning is done with environmentally friendly cleaning processes, and never use perc.

Your garment bag doubles as a hamper when flipped upside down and a hanging bag for delivery.

For pickup, flip the bag upside down, place the garments down in the bottom of the bag (without hangers), and cinch the bag fully closed.

We do not currently accommodate the use of personal hangers. Hangers can be recycled through our hanger recycling program. Ask us how!
